Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is a state-owned university
located in southwestern Pennsylvania.  We are currently exploring
the pros and cons of developing a research corporation to be used to
accept sponsored agreements.

If anyone has models, brochures, or thoughts on the positives (as well
as the negatives) of setting up such a corporation, I'd appreciate
