Many people have reported getting an error upon posting that refers
to a ph Query error.  This error is referring to mail not being delivered
to one particular person --that person's server sends a note back
to the mail originator to let them know the message didn't get through
to that one subscriber.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to find out who this individual
is.  The message says not delivered to user jcobb

JCOBB-- if you are out there (and I know you are) please contact me
so that I can change your subscription to eliminate this error.  You are
not showing in the subscriber's list as jcobb, so perhaps you are part of
a group sign on?

In the meantime, just ignore the error if you receive it upon posting
a message to RESADM-L
