The St. Louis Bi-State Chapter of the American Red
Cross is seeking a qualified person to research,
develop, and manage grants in support of Chapter
programs and services.  Minimum two years experience in
grant proposal writing with a proven track record of
performance is required, with working knowledge of
research techniques, information sources, and
technology.  Beginning salary between $25,000 and
$31,000 with excellent benefits.  The position is
available August 18, 1995.
