At RAMS, Inc., we have just finished writing the modifications to our Cost
Proposal System module so it will produce a budget on the NIH 398 form.  For
those who are not familiar with CPS, it is an administrative tool which
produces all of the federal budget and cover pages, calculates the budget,
incorporates IDCs, annual increases, etc., and saves all the information in
a database -- so you can extract, report, etc.
