We are interested in hearing how other institutions monitor or review active
sponsored agreements for possible changes in scope of work.  What indicators do
you use or flag for? What guidance do you provide to principal investigators
regarding this matter?  We have been looking at this primarily within the
context of federal grants subject to A-110 rules (which now incorporate much of
the "expanded authority" or "Federal Demonstration Program" rules).
