1) Yes, The University-sponsored Diners Club Corporate Card may be issued
to any full-time employee who travels on University business at least twice
a year.

2) Yes, we do provide cash advances because some restaurants, taxi's, etc.
do not accept the Diners card.  When it is necessary to obtain a cash
advance, the employee's supervisor must co-sign a approved cash advance
form and the advance will be charged to their Diners Club account.  When
out of town, a cash advance may also be obtained throught the use of an ATM
if necessary.

3) Yes again, we do have a formal policy and I will be more than happy to
send you a copy.
