I had an overwhelming response for copies of our vendor and subrecipient
subcontracts (about 20 requests). Please let me know if you requested it and
did not receive it.  Most were faxed to the requestors (which I prefer).  I
would appreciate any comments or suggestions that anyone has who received our
formats.
