High Schoolers on Campus access was for "free" services. Counterpoint and Infoed are 28 Jun 1995 14:41 EST

Yes, with minors it's a whole different issue. For instance, what happens
if the parents drop the kids off for their "class" & "Junior" decides to
use this opportunity to wander off into the big city without permission.
Also, there are other issues of liability regarding injury that I think
apply to minors that don't apply to 18 yr.olds (and I'm no attorney!).

In my "previous life" with this university during the summer we had "Summer
Computer Camps for Kids" with many of the same problems. I had all the
parents sign a release form at the time of registration. This release form
was sort of generic & covered all sorts of situations where you might have
youngsters on campus. I'd strongly suggest getting something like this
(it's an unfortunate reality of the times we live in).
