I've been at Middle Tennessee State University for three years.  One of
the first things I set up was a newsletter.  I am still getting good
feedback from the faculty.  I include deadline dates, lists of proposals
and grants awarded, internal grants, and "tips."  This summer I am in the
process of establishing a Web page which will include links to various
federal agencies, and some publications for MTSU campus only.  I still
will probably publish a newsletter this academic year.
