 As a point of clarification.....my original note said, "With all
this talk about consulting.....I've seen discussions regarding fees and
agreements, but never anything about policies.  Do your institutions have
any policies/procedures (official or un) for consulting
you'd be willing to share?  If not publically on the b-board, then directly
to me?"

 I should have explained that I was wondering about policies for
university employees as consultants.

 Sorry for the confusion.
