At Lehigh, post-award administration is the responsibility of the Office of
Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP).  The ORSP is also responsibile for
pre-award activities.

Post-award involves authorizing expenditures over $500, all travel, equipment,
reporting, relevant compliance issues, budget revision, requests for
extensions, etc.  We are in the process of changing our reporting lines to the
Vice President for Finance.  Currently the ORSP reports to the Vice Provost for
Research.

We also maintain a database for current and pending support, are active in
various committees (IRB, IACUC).
