Are you possibly mistaken regarding the NSF rate? The latest information I
have (NSF Bulletin, Vol 20, No. 7, March 1993), states the maximum allowable
daily rate is $443 per day for consultants. Sorry, though, our DHS policy
manual does not refer to a maximum daily rate reference for consultants.
