At WSU, the Grants and Sponsored Research Office consists of the Director
and one-half secretary.  We distribute info on funding sources and conduct
funding source research.  We prepare grant proposals and/or help faculty
prepare proposals.  We secure institutional approvals of the proposal and
its budget and handle production and delivery of applications and notify the
Business Office when awards are received.  The Business Office handles all
post-award details.
