Hello,  at Lehigh my office handles the pre-award, post-award activities.
Some of the other responsibilities included are: IRB, IACUC, research
opportunity BB, we package and mail all proposals, monthly newsletter, and
maintain a database of proposals and projects.

We currently have a staff of: 5 Professional and 3 support staff, plus a FT
temp.

I am curious about the staffing of other offices that are centralized and do
both pre and post award work.  Any responses will be appreciated.
