Hello:   I am interested in finding out what components make up your
sponsored projects office.  Do you handle pre-award only, pre and post
award?  Where is grant monitoring and post award financial matters handled -
things such as budget changes, payroll problems,  purchases, approvals for
for special requests.   What office puts proposal budgets together and
ultimately the entire proposal.?
