POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT:  FINANCIAL ANALYST

A large statewide healthcare system, Allegheny Health, Education and
Research Foundation (AHERF),is seeking a Financial Analyst  for the research
subsidiary, Allegheny-Singer Research Institute (ASRI).  This position
reports to the Director of Research Finance and is responsible for
implementing  multi-system financial reporting for academic activities and
post award administration for sponsored programs.

Extensive experience in PC database analysis and reporting (preferably Lotus
for windows),  FOCUS report writing,  the Financial Reporting System (FRS)
and/or  the HBO Hospital System is a plus.  The position requires a
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or its equivalent.  A Master's
Degree in Finance or C.P.A. is preferred.
