Currently we use an in-house program written by an Associate Dean. In the
past we have looked at commercial programs but found them expensive.  We
are constantly revising the internal database to reflect needs as they arise.
If you are interested in commercial products, I'm aware that RAMS has such
a database that is part of their research administration management program.
