One of our faculty members is interested in submitting a proposal to
the Small Business Administration in response to an RFP.  The contracting
officer assured me that faculty members were eligible to apply as
individuals but not through the college.  I have no experience at all in
this area.  Have any of your faculty successfully contracted for a RFP
through the Small Business Administration?  Was it a valuable experience
or a nightmare?
