I am looking for a solicitation for the Advanced Technology Program
Information Infrastructure for Health Care    --I have received
a federal register citation from ATP that appears to be incorrect,
as I cannot find the solicitation on either my CDrom Fed Register
or on Counterpoint on line for the date they are giving me.

Anyone have a federal register citation for this program?
