This issue is important... pay attention to:
- user-ease
- date (timeliness) of records
- ability to compile, print, send lists and reports to your faculty
- ability to search on keywords that are "meaningful" to YOUR faculty - and
come up with "hits"
- ability to compile "deadline" reports for distribution (perhaps a monthly
hitlist of deadline dates for funding agencies sent to your departments)
