Our institution receives a number of supplemental awards (e.g., NIH
increase of funds, NSF funding for research experiences, DOD
augmentation awards).   I have several  questions about how other
institutions, both larger and smaller, handle supplemental awards.

Specifically,

1.  Approximately, what is the volume of supplemental awards
received (Numbers received and/or $)

2.  What is your tracking method for supplements?  How do you enter
in your system (i.e., separate proposal #?)

3.   Your institution and address,  including telephone number?  (I may
need additional information as to how you are tracking supplements.)
