Network program.  I need your applications on or before June 16.
I know it's a little like the nudist camp, everyone wants
someone else to do it first. But if we don't do this all together,
the first time, then no one will.  What fun is a nudist camp
if no one is nekkid?

From the response thus far, we are going to have something really
valuable to share.  This is going to be a high qulaity and cost
effective researcher and staff training program.  I hope that many of
you will want to share your favorite training programs with your
colleagues.

If you want to apply via E-mail, that's fine, as long as I have the
same information that is requested in the hard copy application.
