NIH/ADAMHA or most recent equivalent have NIH Publication NO. 91-33
which lists all programs.  There may be an updated version, as mine
is from August 1992, however, NIAID has a small grants program, per
this resource, relating to sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.
There are also small instrumentation grants.  There are sections
within the Institute for both these areas of concentration.

If anyone has a more recent version of the NIH Publication, please
let us knwo.  Also, I'd guess this information is out on the WWW.
