At a recent meeting one of our faculty asked why we couldn't have an
electronic on-campus routing form and process (with electronic signatures
on the actual form).

If you have such a process -- OR if you have any comments or reaction to
such a request (did you consider and reject the idea?  are you developing
such a system? etc.) -- please respond to me directly and I'll summarize
for the list.

So far all I've ever seen are paper forms and a "walk around campus"
process.
