My Office receives a portion of the indirect costs allocated to the
University and I am currently developing a policy on using those funds for
required matches for other grant proposals.

Do any of you receive a portion of the indirect costs allocted to the
institution?  (I'm fairly sure many of you do from previous discussions.)
If so, what do you use those funds for?
If you do use them as matching funds for other grants, do you have any
internal rules, such as maximum allowable, types of expenditures covered,
etc. in effect?
