Does anyone out there know if Tower Air (charter type air company based at
JFK Airport in NY) is actually a "US Flag Carrier"?  They have very good
rates to certain foreign destinations but it's not totally clear if they
really are a "US Flag Carrier".  A supervisor says yes, convincingly, but
the only written documentation they provide says "scheduled US carrier based
at JFK...".  How much research do we need to do before saying OK?
