Because of a couple of "incidents" this past year, we are now working
cooperatively with our Foundation office to let them know as soon as possible
when we have a proposal being submitted to a foundation.Right now, we just
send them a copy of the proposal transmittal form. If there is a conflict, we
will work together with the Foundation to determine priorities. It hasn't come
up again since we started this, so I can't comment on how smoothly this will
be determined.
