Counterpoint is a great service.  I use the CD Federal Register and get the
Commerce Business Daily.  I just found a CBD alternative for occasional users.
Took out a trial subscription to America Online and found to my surprise that
they include the CBD with full search capabilities in their basic service.
At $3 an hour beyond the 5 hours included in the monthly fee of $9.95, this
can get pricy very fast.  But for people who don't need the CBD every day and
just need to search occasionally, it may be worth looking into.
