Here's your big opportunity! Without going into an explanation about
why I am asking, if you had the best of all possible worlds, what
federal regulations, policies, etc. would you suggest be eliminated,
revised, etc. to streamline research administration; to finally put
an end to the bashing universities are taking on indirect costs;
other matters related to federal funding of university research.
