I am curious how many institutions record and track time commitments
(both requested & contributed) of senior investigators on proposals.  A
related matter concerns the accuracy of the "Other Support" forms required
by several agencies.  Do administrative reviews prior to submission include
a verification of the information provided to insure it is accurate?  Does
anyone take any action if there is a possibility of greater than 100% time
commitments by investigators?
