Yes Fedix is free and it has an 800 # which give 2 hours on-line time a day
FREE.  You dial in from your modem.  There is info available on higher
educational opportunies for women, a minority data base called molis, and the
fedix part which includes a few categories of the gov.  By no means does it
contain all gov. agencies. No info on available NIH grants just yet - I
believe they are working on it.  It is notas expansive as the info you can
get from the fed register BUT it is a very good source especially for
educational institutions.  I have browsed through it on many an occasion.
