When responding to RESADM-L messages, PLEASE do not use any function of
your e-mail that appends the entire text of the message to which you
are responding (forward, reply functions frequently do this)

Because RESADM-L sees 2 TO and 2 FROM: fields it suspects an error and
advises me via an error message.  Usually your message will post, but
the errors become voluminous at this end.

Also, there is no need to respond further to the test message recently
posted.
