Hi Judith,

At Princeton we have a Conflict of Interest in Research Review Panel,
which is a subcommittee of the University Research Board.  The Panel is
composed of 3 faculty members, one from each div. (humanities/soc. science;
engineering, natural sciences); the Dean of the Faculty, the Chairman of
the University Research Board; and, as ex-officio members, the Director
of the Office of Research and Project Admin.(ORPA) and an Assoc. Director
of ORPA as Secretary of the Panel (in this case that happens to be myself).

The Panel reviews all disclosure forms and adjudicates cases.  This Panel
has been in place since the fall of 1992 when we formally implemented the
COI disclosure form process.
