P.T. stands for "Program Types" and K.W. stands for Keywords.  The values
associated with the numbers can be found in the Keyword Thesaurus that was in
the July 2, 1993 NIH Guide (Vol. 22, No. 24).  You can search the Guide on
gopher for "keyword" to find it.
