Within the WWW do a Veronica search.  The keyword is OMB.  This is the easiest
way to come up with the OMB Gopher.

You could also retrieve most of the federal gophers (by agency and departments)
on WWW by going through "Networked Resources" over to "U.S. Government
Resources" and finally to "U.S. Government Gophers"---but this is more
cumbersome.
