Dear Research Admins...
Has anyone found an on-line copy of the National
Cooperation Research Act of 1984? I did a Veronica
search and discovered that it is referenced in
(ostensibly) everything NSF has practically ever
published and yet... a diligent pouring through
of said same (i.e., Guide to Programs, etc. etc.)
turned up nothing. Sorry to show my ignorance on
this. It's probably something very fundamental/basic
that we all know by heart???
