Yeah, we had to think about it, but we determined that the Notice of Grant
Award gives as good a budget breakdown as we really need (and as detailed as
our accounting system accomodates).  The NGA will reflect what was approved
in Year 1 of the competitive segment unless significant changes are requested--
in which case a revised budget is needed anyway.

I don't see why we would need any more information than that, but I'm sure
cases will arise....
