The University of Connecticut has received an STTR Agreement from
a company along with a contract, both of which we are being asked to
sign.  Does anyone have experience with negotiating STTR Agreements?
Does the government interfere with the negotiation or is it strictly
up to the company and the university?  Are the agreements all alike
and non-negotiable?  Any help will be appreciated!  Thanks.
