Robert Killoren and his colleagues at Pennsylvania State University have
developed an excellent Conflict of Interest Policy which we are using as a
basis for developing our own.

Bob presented the draft Penn State policy at the last SRA and NUCRA
meetings, so I asked him how he felt about making it available to RESADM-L.
He graciously agreed to do so, and sent me an electronic copy, which I
will post as a separate document to RESADM-L. He as indicated he is glad to
share the policy with his colleagues (who included attorneys), and you
can incorporate language you would like to use without attribution.

I will let Bob Killoren know that we appreciate his generosity.

In reply to a related question, NCURA has a database of experts on various
subjects (available on-line to members). There are a number of names on
the Conflict of Interest list, including Bob Killoren.

The NCURA database is accessed from the FEDIX/MOLIS main menu (NCURA
members need their PIN number).
