It is the littlest things that mess up this sophisticated process.  I tried
the address given and my server could not locate it.  Going around the block
I learned that the last essential piece of info was missing - namely the
.html on the end.  I just was there with this address:

http://riceinfo.rice.edu/RiceInfo/Research.html

It is a nice site and maybe some of the rest of the states will create a
similar pool of knowledge.
