We are looking at ways to computerize as much of our sponsored programs
activities as possible.  One area we want to look at is electronic
proposal submission.  Two questions have arisen that we hope subscribers
to this list will address.

1. Do you submit proposals electronically and, if so, to which agencies?

2. If you previously submitted electronically but don't anymore, why not?
 (We are interested even if you only submitted as part of an
 electronic testbed project.)
