Watch for IPA faculty on some kind of compensated personal absence.
The agency may disallow labor costs for vacation for a period in
excess of the leave earned while on the IPA. In other words, if I
earn 100 hours while on IPA, I can't charge more than 100 paid leave
hours to the IPA. This is especially tricky when it is short term or
long term disability, a benefit that may come based on employment and
not really be "earned".
