By way of an early warning, given the recent inquiries on IRB staffing and
other interesting topics related to the world of compliance, we have prepared
a manner of questionaire which may collect data of value to us all.

I hope to have that document posted later this afternoon and would ask that
you respond directly to me by e-mail.  As will be noted in the accompanying
note, we are working on a means to create a meaningful summary and/or
analysis and hope to have information to report within a week or so.
