A while ago many of us disclosed our institutional IDC rates for pharmaceutical
type research.  The information was very helpful and probably saved by many.
As a follow up, I would like to know how many of you enforce the collection
of this full rate.  In other words how rigid are you in accepting contracts
for less than the full IDC rate?

I attended a seminar at SRA on clinical agreements.  Afterwards I spoke to
the speaker about many issues including this one.  I got the distinct
impression that many schools are very rigid and even turn away contracts
that don't reimburse IDC at the current institutional policy.
