At Northwestern we are developing a new proposal and award tracking
system. I would like to get your input.
1. Does anyone out there track "faculty effort" in order to
determine if faculty are overcommitting themselves on sponsored
projects?
2. Does anyone keep track of space and facility usage with
regard to sponsored projects on their system?
3. Do you keep track of outyear funding at the time of an
initial award (on your system)?
