We currently use an Excel Version of the NSF Forms which seems to work well.
The version only contains the Cover Sheet, Certification Page and Budget Page
(1030). They are available in Excel only for the Mac. They are available
in Lotus for the PC. We purchased them from the Thayer School of Engineering
at Dartmouth College. Their phone # is (603) 646-2230.
