Has anyone had research contracts with Alyeska Pipeline Company?  If so,
did you successfully negotiate the publications, confidentiality, patents,
and termination clauses?

I would be very anxious to look at ANY agreements that have been negotiated
with Alyeska, primarily those from state instutions.  Any help you could
provide would be greatly appreciated.
