I don't have experience with such a situation, nor have I heard
of such a situation. If you are convinced that no important intellectual
property will arise, then name a nice price and be done. But if
copyrights or patents are at all likely, this strikes me as an odd
way of handling the situation. Unless youare very desirous of pleasing
this sponsor, I would recommend negotiating some standard agreement.
