Three individuals at Central Missouri State University have the authority to si
gn all grants and contracts:  President, Provost and Vice President for Academi
c Affairs, and Director of Sponsored Research & Projects. As Director, no limit
s are imposed on the grants and contracts I sign. I've also "worked" with the P
resident and Provost such that they will not sign unless my signature appears s
omewhere indicating I've reviewed the proposal/contract/award for compliance wi
th university and sponsor guidelines. When cash matches are required, I discuss
 the source(s) of the match with the Provost before signing. Chairs and Deans s
ign an internal form agreeing to cash and in-kind matches before I sign on beha
lf of the University.
