At Penn, by resolution of the Trustees, the Vice Provost for Research, the
Executive Director for Sponsored Programs, and the Associate and Assistant
Director(s) of Research Administrationare authorized to sign , perform, and
execute for the University all research and training contracts, grants or
other agreements which have been reviewed and approved pursuant to University
policy.  This authority shall include the signingof any and all documents
required in connection with the initiation, operation, and termination of
such contracts, grants, or agreements.
